VitaLonga is an educational longevity resource, not a pharmacy, clinic, or doctor. Content is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease (DSHEA). Supplements can interact with medications and are not appropriate in every pregnancy or health condition. Consult a licensed clinician, especially if you take medications, are pregnant or nursing, or have a diagnosed condition.
VitaLonga sells this catalog as recurring bottles. Educational daily servings size the refill interval (days of supply = pack servings ÷ daily servings). That interval is not a prescription. Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease (DSHEA). We are not a pharmacy.
Optional iHerb links are affiliate discovery only (typically first-order commission). They are not VitaLonga checkout or fulfillment. Recurring bottles are sold by VitaLonga through Stripe. We do not use ShipBob or Amazon checkout.
Protocol doses are educational ranges drawn from common study and label patterns, not a prescription. Iron is withheld unless the member record indicates it. Vitamin K is withheld when blood-thinner language appears in conditions/meds.
News notes about metformin or GLP-1 medicines in a longevity context are off-label curiosity only. Educational supplement parallels are not substitutes for prescribed drugs.
Privacy and cookies (US)

VitaLonga is an educational site. If you only browse, we store your cookie choice and the essential session cookie if you sign in. If you create a member record we keep email, password hash, profile fields you enter (including date of birth or birth year — we do not invent a birthday), calculator history, tracker imports you upload, wearable daily stats and workouts you sync from the VitaLonga app (HealthKit / Health Connect, last 7–30 days) or file upload, Expo push tokens if you grant notification permission, optional daily-coach briefs, and (if you subscribe on the website) Stripe customer and order identifiers needed to bill and ship. Health permissions are optional; deny does not break the rest of the site. Children under 13: we do not knowingly collect their data.
Allow all turns on optional analytics if we add them later. Permit minimum only keeps essential cookies (sign-in, security, this choice). Deny rejects optional analytics; the site still works, and a signed-in session still needs its essential cookie.
Stripe processes payment if you start a recurring bottle. Optional iHerb links are third-party. California residents may request access or deletion of their member record through the signed-in account or this Legal page.

VitaLonga mobile, HealthKit, and Health Connect
The VitaLonga Expo app (iOS / Android) can read recent (last 7–30 days) health samples from Apple HealthKit or Android Health Connect if you grant permission. We request the minimum read-only types: steps, active energy, heart rate, sleep, and workouts. Optionally resting heart rate and HRV if the OS exposes them with the same prompt. We do not write to HealthKit or Health Connect. We do not sell this data. Deny is respected; the rest of the app still works. File upload on this website remains a fallback.
Purpose: show your own recent activity on your private member record and optional educational daily coach — not medical diagnosis or treatment. Full policy: /privacy#health. Retention: daily summaries and workouts stay in your member record until you erase health data or delete the account. Garmin: only if you already mirror Garmin into Apple Health or Health Connect; VitaLonga does not use Garmin Connect OAuth, Terra, or Junction.
In the Expo app, Account → Erase health data calls POST /api/wearables/phone/erase. Account → Delete account calls POST /api/account/delete (Apple 5.1.1(v) / Play account deletion). You can also request deletion from this Legal page after signing in, or email [email protected].
Daily coach LLM gateway
If Daily coach is on (default on; opt out in Settings → Alerts), a nightly job may send a compact aggregated summary of recent synced stats to VitaLonga’s OpenAI-compatible API gateway at aiapi.canegrow.com (Techmark-operated processor) to draft an educational note. Pref daily_coach default on; uncheck to opt out. Not advertising. Not a clinician. Full wording: Privacy policy — Daily coach.
